How PCB Club Card pickup works for a group

Pickup runs Noon to 11 PM at the Welcome Center at Hammerhead Fred’s (8752 Thomas Dr), starting Saturday, Feb 27, 2027. Every person brings their own valid photo ID and their own order confirmation and leaves with their physical card. Go together, go early, then go to the beach.

The group pickup plan

Five steps, one trip

  1. Before you leave home

    Everyone checks their ID is valid (not expired) and screenshots their order confirmation. Signal at a busy venue is a gamble.

  2. Pick a time

    Pickup is Noon to 11 PM. Pick one time for everyone, ideally right after you drop bags on arrival day.

  3. Go together

    One group, one trip. Nobody spends night one waiting outside because their card is still at the Welcome Center.

  4. At the window

    Each person shows their own ID and their own confirmation. Have both out before you reach the front.

  5. After pickup

    Card in the wallet, next to the ID. Drop a ✅ in the chat so the organizer can stop counting.

Where do we pick up PCB Club Cards?

What does each person need to bring?

Their valid photo ID and their order confirmation. Each person needs their own card.

Can one person pick up cards for the whole group?

PCB Club Card’s pages do not say that one person can collect for others. Plan on each person picking up their own card with their own ID, and check with PCB Club Card if your group needs something different.

What if a friend can't come after all?

Refunds are available up to 7 days before your week starts, and a pass may also be transferred to another eligible attendee before pickup. Sort it out before pickup day.

Do we need to pick up before the first party?

Yes, plan on it: the card is what gets you in. Make pickup the first stop after you check in to your place.
