The PCB spring break group checklist

How to plan a group spring break trip without a 400-message thread: nine sections, in order. Who’s in, which week, the budget, the place, a card for each person, pickup, IDs, rides and the buddy plan. Screenshot it, print it, or tick it off here.

Checklist questions

What is the first thing to do when planning a group spring break trip?

Get real names, then lock one week. One PCB Club Card covers one week, and the place you book depends on the dates, so the week decides everything else.

When should the group buy PCB Club Cards?

2027 cards are not on sale yet. Get notified on the PCB Club Card page, and when they drop, each person buys their own card for the group’s week.

Does the checklist save my progress?

Yes, on this device only, using your browser’s local storage. Nothing is sent to us. Use “Reset” to clear it.

18+ to enter with valid photo ID. 21+ to drink with valid photo ID.
